Exhibitor Info

If you've already signed up... congratulations, you are about to be a part of one of the UKs biggest and best hi-fi, home cinema and technology shows. If not, then may we interest you in the reading material below? In five minutes you'll be wondering why you've not exhibited before!

Thinking of Exhibiting?
Manchester is one of the UK’s most successful consumer Hi-Fi Shows - why are we so confident that we can maintain this success?

• The Show now has the endorsement and support of the UK’s number one Hi-Fi magazine - What Hi-Fi? Sound & Vision - the only mass circulation Hi-Fi magazine. What Hi-Fi? Sound & Vision attends and promotes the Show in order to meet their readers and the editorial coverage they give us is dramatically more than for any other shows on the calendar (apart from Bristol!). And this year they plan to announce the What Hi-Fi Sound and Vision Award winners publicly at the Show for the second time!

• The Show is widely advertised in the rest of the Hi-Fi and Home Cinema press and is promoted via post and email both to the Audio T database and to the database of Sound & Vision at Home (Audio T's long running brochure). The Show is also promoted in hi-tech magazines like Stuff and T3 and in the local press.

• The Show is held at the start of the Hi-Fi buying season allowing you to showcase new products for the season.

• Home Entertainment Manchester is the only regional Show covering the North of the country.

• It has always attracted the widest range of exhibitors, from specialist British companies right through to big players like Pioneer, Denon and Yamaha.

• Manchester is a selling Show that moves a lot of product during the Show and after. Other dealers in the area also report large increases in their business. We encourage selective special offers to drive as much business as possible.

• The Show is held right in the town centre attracting a high quality audience that is ready to buy. This year we will again be actively looking to increase the attendance of Dealers, Distributors and Press, perhaps not to the extent of Bristol for geographical reasons (with over 484 registered trade & press attending in 2010) but as far as we possibly can.

• Manchester has easy access from the M6/M62 and M61 with the main train stations within easy walking distance. Manchester airport is nearby and there is plenty of parking close to the hotel.

• The Show is known to be well organised with porters to help load and unload. Chairs and tables are available at no charge as is bathroom storage for boxes when exhibiting in a bedroom.

• The Show is at a Marriott hotel which is a beautiful venue for exhibitors, residents and visitors alike. There is also a special exhibitors’ rate for the weekend - another reason why Manchester is such a cost effective Show.

Oh, and just for good measure, read what exhibitors had to say about the 2009 Show...
